1. Our Role as an Intermediary
When you book an activity on our website, you are entering into a service contract with a local provider in Costa Rica. Green Jungle House acts as a commercial agent for these providers, and we can be or not the direct provider of the activities.
- We are authorized to conclude transactions and collect payments on behalf of the providers.
- The descriptions and images of activities are provided by the respective local providers.
2. Booking and Payments
Payments for all reservations made through the Sky Solutions website are processed by Trust My Travel under the TOP Costa Rica partner license: TMT59435.
- You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
- The price displayed includes all taxes, but please note that some additional local taxes may apply at the location.
- Cancellation policies are determined by the individual provider. Please check the specific terms for your chosen activity. If no specific policy is listed, a full refund is available for cancellations made more than 72 hours before the activity begins. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations and changes must be made through our system. It is crucial to read the specific cancellation policy for your chosen activity.
- You must notify us of any cancellation in a timely manner.
- We will provide a cancellation confirmation on behalf of the provider, which you should keep for your records.
- The provider reserves the right to cancel an activity due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or official measures (force majeure). In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
- Due to the nature of these services, in the event of a no-show, no party will be held responsible and no refund will be issued.
- Furthermore, we are not liable for last-minute inconveniences caused by natural events. In such cases, only the final provider has the authority to assess a solution, which may include rescheduling the booking or offering a partial refund.
4. Your Responsibilities
When you book an activity, you agree to:
- Arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time.
- Comply with any participation requirements set by the provider.
- Ensure you have all necessary travel documents (e.g., passport, visa, driver licence, etc).
- Obtain adequate insurance coverage, as it is not included in the reservation price.
